Rooms are held for delegates at negotiated rates in a block of official congress hotels in Gaborone, on the venue shuttle route.

How booking works

  • Rooms are held for congress delegates at negotiated rates until a release date published with the accommodation opening. After the release date, rooms return to general sale and rates are not guaranteed.
  • Booking is made through the congress accommodation system, not directly with the hotel, so that your reservation is linked to your registration.
  • October is a busy month in Gaborone. Delegates are strongly advised to book as soon as the block opens.
  • Rates, inclusions and cancellation terms will be published in full when the block opens.
