Six categories, with early bird and regular rates in each.

| Botswana and SADC residentRegional rate intended to widen participation from the host country and the region. | TBC | TBC |
| Day delegateSingle-day access for local delegates and partners who cannot attend the full congress. | TBC | TBC |
| Accompanying personSocial programme and official functions. Does not include access to sessions. | TBC | TBC |
Fees will be published in Botswana Pula (BWP) with an indicative conversion for international delegates.
Registration includes
- Access to all plenary and parallel sessions for the days registered
- Congress materials and delegate badge
- Lunches and refreshment breaks on session days
- Welcome reception on the opening day
- Field visit participation, subject to capacity and advance selection
Not included
- Travel to and from Botswana
- Accommodation — booked separately through the accommodation system
- Visa fees
- Congress dinner, unless stated in your category
- Travel and medical insurance
Payment
- Card payment through the congress registration system
- Bank transfer against an invoice, for institutional and group bookings
- Mobile payment for delegates paying in Botswana Pula
